Finally got some stuff done :)

This past sunday I was able to spend a couple hours in my craft room. I first started with my Christmas cards for a clean and simple christmas swap I am in. I really like the way they turned out.

  Then I started on some cute pens for the first grade teachers at my sons school. I was only doing one for his teacher but he immediately asked me why and I told him because she is your teacher. He proceeded to tell me but mom I go into the others first grade classes and learn from them too lol. So here came 3 pens lol. Oh the joys of little boys.

A pumpkin korker bow

A couple days ago is was a cool, rainy day so I decided to bake some korker ribbons. I came up with this pumpkin. I used the square dowel for the green stem of the pumpkin and a round dowel for the pumpkin part. It was fun to make and i even thought to put one brown square korker to make the stem.

Time Flys

Wow its already been weeks since I have been back on here. Everyday I check out so many amazing blogs with such great ideas. Its time for me to start building mine again. I am pledging to myself to make one new craft every week til Christmas. lol. see how this goes :)

My very first post

Today was a good day, took my two boys to the pool in this crazy heat. Have to get busy and tackle these wedding favors I have to make. I am still learning how to set up my blog so please bare with me.
